Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you order from Cain’s Hot Sauce. Because of the nature of our products, our return policy is split between food items and merchandise.

Hot Sauce & Food Items

For safety and quality reasons, all hot sauces and edible products are final sale.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on hot sauce or any food items
• This includes opened and unopened bottles
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right

Merchandise (Apparel & Non-Food Items)

Merch is returnable under the following conditions:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging is required when applicable
• Sale or clearance items are final sale unless otherwise stated

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

 

How to Start a Return

 

Email us at jason@cainshotsauce.com with:

• Your order number
• The item you’d like to return
• Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

 

Refunds

 

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after we receive the return
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
