Loved all the sauces I tried. The fact that they are fermented (gut health) is great too! The Yuzai is especially excellent for me; I love it on gish tacos, poke, sushi and many other various dishes. Can also combine with things like kewpie or mayo. Support local artisans!

It’s not one of those sauces that’s just spicy for no reason. You actually taste the pickle. I threw it on burgers and some grilled chicken and it lowkey carried the whole plate. Would be crazy on a fried chicken sandwich too. My new favorite sauce!!

Love Cains balance of flavor depth and heat. This is no exception. On the hotter end of the lineup I’ve tried. No worth keeping the spout regulator on for.
